All National Centres and ASSITEJ Networks will receive an email from ASSITEJ. This email will contain an online voting ballot with instructions on how to cast the vote.

The mail will have the subject “Vote: ASSITEJ General Assembly” sent by the service electionrunner.com

The ballots will be sent on 24 March 2021 after the first live session of the Assembly.

The vote is secret. ASSITEJ can see who has voted but not what each member votes.

Numbers of votes

Full members of ASSITEJ will receive three separate voting ballots because they have three votes according to the constitution.

Associated members will receive one voting ballot.

Voting deadline

The vote opens 24 March 2021 and closes on 28 March 2021 11:59 pm GMT

Only members in good standing will be allowed to vote.
